Working at PKF Rößlhuber

In the heart of Salzburg’s historic city centre, our team looks after a wide range of exciting clients. From internationally operating trading groups to globally active engineers, a local transport company, doctors and pharmacists to property developers: our diverse range of clients offers career starters in particular a broad overview, right through to later specialisation depending on their area of interest.

The perfect start to your career

Perfect conditions for young professionals

Our law firm offers perfect conditions, especially for young professionals: Flat hierarchies and a direct superior in a mentoring role shorten coordination and feedback processes. Our close-knit teaching and training programme supports you every step of the way to becoming an accountant, bookkeeper, tax consultant or auditor.
We are committed not only to the professional but also the financial support of our employees by covering all training costs by prior agreement.

Your career in our team begins with an initial orientation meeting at the end of the familiarisation phase. This is where we analyse your strengths and weaknesses together and identify your main areas of interest. Your mentor and colleagues will then work with you to draw up a personalised training plan for you to become an accountant, bookkeeper, tax consultant or auditor.

The clear separation of the areas of auditing, tax consulting and accounting allows you to quickly focus on your professional specialisation. Nevertheless, you will also have the opportunity – if you wish – to work on individual projects or specialised topics in the other area.

You will work directly with the client and prepare all enquiries and tasks independently – under the instruction and supervision of the team-leading tax consultant.

Our employees appreciate the varied range of clients – from the self-employed to family businesses and large companies – as it prevents them from becoming ‘niche experts’ with the same processes and predefined specialist knowledge.

Values of collaboration

Flat hierarchies

Flat hierarchies and an open-door management culture are important for us. As a reliable employer, we want to support our employees individually in all aspects of their career planning.

Small teams

As we work in small teams with directly assigned clients, our collegial cooperation is reflected in the competent advice we provide.

Appreciative cooperation

Appreciative cooperation runs through all areas of our young team. For us, working together also means celebrating successes together.

Our training programmes

Training is important for us! We support you in this and work with you to organise your path. Our training programmes are tailored to your needs and enable dual training - on and off the job!
